REVIEW : Cheaters Anonymous by Lacey Silks

RELEASE DATE : April 21, 2015
High school friends - nothing more.
That was our promise to each other, because let's face it, infidelity spreads like a disease.
Everybody cheats.
Period.
And it's easier to remain friends than hurt the only person you ever cared about - or so we thought.

Major case of 'don’t judge a book by its cover' and pleasantly surprised by this one. Not at all what I thought when I saw the cover and title. It was exact opposite to be honest.
When you see a title like "cheaters anonymous", my expectations were a couple that while in love just couldn't keep it together. Yeah, I wasn't even close.

Jules and Scar, who by the way I did totally envision Lion King Scar in human form and for the record not bad. These two have been best buds for years but they lost touch after they touched too much in an encounter a few years prior. Being trapped in a cave will do that to a person.

Their reunion might be the greatest reunion scene I've ever fucking read. Jules, who is a nurse, Scar in the ER and a penis pump. That's gold. Jules is impressed and it makes her miss her buddy so she seeks him out at his work; a strip joint which he happens to own.

The chemistry between these two characters is pure fire and fun and they are so head over heels but there's a big ole problem. Neither does relationships, kind of a huge roadblock there.
You see Scar has his hand in the business of helping couples cheat and it just proves his belief that no relationship can truly last. Now Jules on the other hand, she is an admitted former sex addict who has never slept with the same man twice.

You would think that that would be enough crazy shit to deal with but nope. You also have stalking and attempted murder with a side of maybe mama drama.

This book was packed and it was awesome. I need more of the Wagner brothers.
